Web Chat Manager - Work From Home

Freddie Mac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in web chat management.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all aspects of web chat operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web chat with other customer service channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements:- Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of web chat agents- Must be skilled in conducting research to identify customer needs and preferences- Proficient in using web chat management tools and software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
