Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Genworth Financial is seeking a motivated and passionate Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all web chat communications on the company's website- Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries- Train and mentor web chat agents to provide exceptional customer service- Analyze web chat data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Monitor web chat performance metrics and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Proven experience in web chat management or customer service- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong time management and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
