Role Description: Preferred years of experience: 4 years hands on experience in VisionPlus2. Responsible to monitor and provide solution for Production and UAT Incidents.3. Hands on experience on one or more of the subsystems in VisionPLUS (CMS Posting FAS TRAMS VMx) needed to solve the issues in the application.4. Should be able to work independently and escalate if issue is not resolved on time.5. Excellent analysis skills and expertise in issue resolution and provide fixes for that.6. Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical knowhow solutions to complex business problems.7. Assist in resolving complex issues and incidents during implementation testing and in production8. Highlevel Understanding of all the VisionPlus subsytems Batch processing
