Responsibilities
• Ensure timely dispatching of Valet Attendants• Monitor wait time for guest vehicles• Assist with moving guest vehicles• Secure and keep track of guest vehicle keys• Accept and process valet fees• Answer telephone and provide customer directions• Respond to customer questions/issues• Report accidents or policy violations• Assist with maintaining clear ramp area• Help maintain cleanliness of garage office
Requirements
• Less than High School education or one month related experience• Prior valet driving experience preferred• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license• Ability to drive manual transmission• Availability for special shift requirements• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively• Customer service skills• Mathematical skills for handling transactions• Maintain a neat and clean appearance in uniform
