RDR is seeking an Underground Utility Project Manager to round with our Excavation services division. These utility projects are in West Virginia and South East Ohio.
Job Summary:
Project Manager will report directly to their RDR Division Manager.
Job Duties:
Oversees, instructs, operates and participates in the water lines, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer utility lines as well as all fittings and required appurtenances. Must have general knowledge of installation, testing, and restoration procedures.
Schedule daily work with on site supervisor.
Communicate effectively with Project Superintendent and customer and work through issues.
Identify work outside of scope and bring to attention of division manager prior to work being completed.
Keep safety as a top priority with a focus on efficiency and production with job costs in mind.
Coordinate subcontractor work and material deliveries.
Typical work schedule 4 days/week with potential for 5-6 days if necessary.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of Utility project experience.
Storm Drain Installation: 4 years (Preferred)
Water Line Installation: 4 years (Preferred)
Sewer Line Installation: 4 years (Preferred)
Willing to travel anywhere in WV and OH
Company vehicle, computer, and phone provided.
Pay is based on experience and prior work history.
