Driver Positions Pay Weekly Hours Per Week: 45 + hours per week Solo Miles Pay:?$0.53 per Mile Solo Stops Pay:?$23.75 per Stop Per Diem Pay: $28.00 per night with 2-3 nights per Week Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel Paid Training Schedule: Monday – Saturday Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities.
