Position Overview:
Join our team of remote travel consultants and embark on a rewarding journey! As a key player, you'll be instrumental in assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
Create and tailor travel itineraries, covering flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and local attractions.
Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and other relevant information.
Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and service providers to secure the best rates and packages.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and changes to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Stay informed about travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and other factors affecting travel plans.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Availability to attend live and recorded training sessions.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Requirements:
No experience required; prior knowledge is a plus.
