As a Regulatory Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advising our telecommunications team and clients on regulatory updates and compliance matters. This dynamic position involves preparing telecommunications cost studies, grant applications, regulatory report filings, and more. Operating with a level of autonomy, you will provide complex review, planning, and compliance services.

Responsibilities:
Prepare regulatory studies, including cost segregation studies, and filings required by regulatory agencies such as FCC, USAC, NECA, and various state bodies.
Actively participate in client meetings and contribute to strategy planning efforts.
Assist in preparing expert testimony supporting results of regulatory studies.
Act as a resource for team members on specific issues related to cost segregation studies and regulatory compliance.
Maintain familiarity with industry requirements, policies, procedures, and precedents.
Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Telecommunications, or Business.
3-5 years of regulatory consulting experience.
Thorough understanding of telecommunications cost study reporting procedures.
Demonstrated continuous learning and development mindset.
Efficient time management and task prioritization skills.
Effective communication skills, both seeking and providing feedback, with a commitment to improvement and organizational success.
