How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Our Technical Service Chemist located in Newark Delaware on our Innovation Campus Delaware (ICD) is a key position for us to help support our product line to reach our aggressive ambition for growth. This individual will be responsible for developing cosmetic formulations to showcase our products' capabilities in creating different textures and skin-feel. This position is reporting directly to the Customer Technical Service Manager.
Responsibilities
Formulating a wide range of cosmetic products with focusing on skin care, hair care, and body wash. Knowledge in color cosmetic formulations is a plus.
Address customers' technical questions
Workshop/training for customers, sales team, and distributor
Customer visits with sales team
Participation to industry events and tradeshows__________________Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor's in Chemistry, Biology or related field
3+ years experience in personal care formulations, either at a brand owner, contract manufacturer, or ingredient supplier
Proven skills in developing multi-level relationships with customers
Excellent interpersonal skills, likes to work in a team in close collaboration with others (multiple interfaces)
Capable to work in full autonomy, organized, resilient & dynamic
Willing to travel regularly (10% + of the time) with sales team
The Salary rate range for this position in Delaware is $65,000.00 to $90,000.00
