Responsibilities
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum based on each child's unique needs• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children• Support center's success by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners
Requirements
• Outstanding customer service skills• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain• Physically able to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors• Able to engage in physical activity with children and maintain visual and auditory contact• Proficient in spoken and written English• Employment benefits including discounted child care, medical/dental/vision, employee assistance programs, health and wellness programs, paid time off, and work necessity discounts
