Description: This company is looking to add an entry level surveyor to their team to help grow and develop their career in the industry. This candidate must be knowledgeable of and abiding by safety requirements. They will also handle daily operation, checking and basic field adjustments on transits, total stations, total electronic station, data collectors, levels, compass, tribrach's, and tripods. In addition this candidate must be knowledgeable of the principles of performing basic surveys: leveling, traversing, triangulation, trilateration, public land surveys, metes and bounds surveys, construction surveys, and photo control surveys. They will coordinate field work for a variety of standard types of surveys under the supervision of a Party Chief. They will be expected to keep neat and orderly field notes for standard surveying operations: leveling, traversing, topographic mapping, layout, as-built surveys, boundary surveys, profile and cross-section surveys. Requirements: 1+ years of experience Knowledge of data collection Knowledge of total station set up Skills: Surveying Land surveying Data Collection AutoCAD, Total station, GPS Additional Skills & Qualifications: An understanding of AutoCAD Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions Ability to work well in a team environment Employee Value Proposition: As a company of only 40 people they offer a very family oriented environment, the success and growth of their employees is very important to the owner.
