Job Description:
As a Support Specialist at Apple, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to Apple customers from the comfort of your own home in San Antonio, Texas. This is a full-time position with entry-level seniority and requires no prior experience. We are looking for individuals who are resourceful, energetic, have strong time management skills, and a creative mindset.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to Apple customers via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Apple products and services- Educate customers on product features and functionality- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the system- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Continuously strive to improve processes and provide feedback to the team- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly- Must have a dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection- Proficiency in using computer systems and technology- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays- Must be a resident of San Antonio, Texas, and eligible to work in the US
