Supply Chain Manager

We are the lead in North America in custom hydraulic cylinders, components, castings and plating for the toughest applications and are now looking to hire a full time Supply Chain Manager for our Hampton, IA location (in-between Hampton Municipal Airport and Beeds Lake). 
Responsibilities:  Lead a team of supply chain professionals including authorized agents of our company with responsibility for managing supplier related activities. Managing the procurement, inventory management and distribution processes to ensure efficient and cost effective operations. Analyze data, forecast demand, develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance.  Generate and manage department budget. Required: 5+ years working experience in a manufacturing engineering environment 5+ years in a supplier management or supply chain management  Experience negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance Experience interacting successfully with all levels of the organization, vendors, and customers.
