We are seeking Mixers, who will be part of the baking crew! We are looking for people who are upbeat, customer service oriented and reliable. If this sounds like you, we would love to talk with you!
Job Description Mixers for Crumbl-Olympia are responsible for ensuring the ingredients are properly measured and mixed in the correct order and for the right amount of time. Mixers make sure enough dough and frosting is made for the entire day and this includes catering orders. A person must be 18 years old or older to operate the mixer.
Primary duties include measuring ingredients, organizing the order of those ingredients into the mixer as well as assuming some baker duties when/if the mixing is completed for the day. Mixers also wash dishes and assist where needed throughout the store. In addition, mixers will follow all company guidelines and procedures for safety & sanitation. Bakers' preparation will include assembling, disassembling, washing, rinsing, glove-wearing, and sanitizing all equipment within the work area.
Ideal Crew Member Crumbl-Olympia is a very fast-paced environment and will require people who can work quickly and efficiently. A mixer must have good attention to detail and be familiar with basic ingredients and measurements in order to mix large batches of dough. Applicants must be willing to work in a warm, busy environment and be on their feet for the entire shift.
