Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced CNA/CMA Staffing Coordinator to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, which also provide long-term care. Both Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities and Purpose Organize and sustain staffing within the facility. Understand Staffing Needs. Able to identify hard to fill roles and take actions to fill. Desired Experience and Education Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Works well under pressure and on deadline for a large facility. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience in a long-term care environment preferred. Experience coordinating personnel schedules in LTC preferred. Benefits We offer competitive pay commensurate with experience.
