ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Production Supervisor you will supervise a team of individual contributors who are manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of the Honeywell production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a senior team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies to deliver high impact business results.
Key Responsibilities Lead plant maintenance program Directly supervise production operators Drive productivity improvements Enforce compliance Drive culture of continuous improvement Employee Development Resource management in dynamic environment Talent management Review quality output and coach team improvements Collaborate with customers and cross functional teams U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
YOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of leadership experience, ie Lead, Supervisor, Manager 2+ years of Project planning experience WE VALUE Associates or Bachelor's degree A&P License Repair Maintenance Certification Experience generating line of balance and capacity model/analysis Some relevant manufacturing experience (Aerospace/repair and overhaul) Experience with Aviation Engines or Auxiliary Power Units Efficient with SAP software Proficient in MS Office (Excel- Intermediate: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filters) Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment Conveys information with clarity and directness Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done BENEFITS We offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible vacation and education assistance.
