Role and Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Thriving in a dynamic office environment, maintaining productivity during extended periods of up to 12 hours per day, five days a week.
Regular and punctual attendance at ASML's facility, adhering to scheduled workdays consistently.
Conducting office tasks such as paperwork, computer operations, and communication efficiently and accurately.
Maintaining effective communication and cooperation with team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying bottlenecks, and driving process improvements.
Operating independently or collaboratively within a team, delivering on assignments with minimal supervision.
Upholding high standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability.
Adhering to strict procedures and timelines while performing assigned duties.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience.
Skills:
The successful candidate must possess:
Proficiency in C or C++ language.
Hands-on experience with software/technical tools such as ClearCase, Jira, and Bash.
Strong English communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Preferred experience in writing unit tests or automated tests using Python or googletest.

This position is based onsite in Wilton, CT, requiring attendance at in-person work-related events, training, and meetings to ensure teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
