Job summary
Aurora Valley is hiring a full-time Social Services Assistant.Pay range is $23-$25 per hour.Part of Caldera Care family, committed to staff and local communities.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Social Services Director in meeting the social and emotional needs of residents/patients.• Develop rapport with residents/patients and present their concerns to center management.• Complete assigned charts and assist with Resident Council.• Assist with discharge planning for residents.• Follow all center's policies and procedures.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.• Ability to speak, understand, write, and read in English.• Previous experience in a long term care setting is preferred.
