As a Shipping Supervisor you will: Oversee and supervise employees Monitor staff performance Assist with packaging and staging of deliveries Understand and follow procedures and practices Understand safety guidelines, regulations and specifications Provide leadership by coaching, counseling, training, and individual development Other duties as assigned
This is a full-time Direct Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 5 plus years of shipping experience Associate degree preferred Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Strong written and verbal business communication abilities Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience preferred
Salary: $21.63 - $31.25 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
