Work closely with the branch manager and office personnel Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians Plan, coordinate, and initiate company policy and procedures Manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling at least 10+ individuals Effectively delegate responsibility and authority to others Effectively incorporate Fox Pest Control's core values within the Branch Perform other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For We're seeking a qualified Full-Time Pest Service Manager to supervise, train, and evaluate technicians while planning, coordinating, and initiating company operations, policies, and procedures while upholding Fox Pest Control's core values in all duties.
