Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Perform independently or as a key team member in developing and deploying software applications and technology solutions• Provide problem-solving support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues• Serve as initial point of contact for call center support and troubleshooting• Train other team members and provide user support and assistance• Ensure timely problem resolution and control• Adapt to changing priorities• Support all peripherals and multimedia setups• Demonstrate successful execution in a collaborative IT environment
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience• Minimum of 5 years' experience or 2 years specialized• Experience with Microsoft Skype for Business, ServiceNow, and audio-visual technologies• Excellent communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows• Availability for evening and Saturday schedules may be required• Desired certifications: ITIL V3/V4 Foundations or HDI CSR, SCA, DAST; Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office Specialist; CompTIA CE A+, Network +, Security +
