PSP's mission is to create product and technology plans to exceed customer and market expectations and to build and realize productization strategies to provide best-in-class silicon products and solutions to our customers.We are looking for AI/ML Platform Architect to join our team in San Jose, CA. A successful candidate will be responsible for defining future platform architecture for AI/ML workloads and therefore planning IP and technology roadmap to prepare for the future innovation.      Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose Headquarters 3-4 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time with an average of 10-20% travel per month.Reports to: Corporate VP, Product PlanningOwn the roadmap and strategy for AI/ML compute platform architecture for datacenter applicationDefine the platform architecture of AI/ML processing system for datacenter, consisting of compute chiplet, memory chiplet, I/O hub chiplet, chiplet integration in 2.5D/3D package, and high-speed interconnect between chiplets and chips.  Define key performance indicator (KPI) target of the platform, such as performance, power and cost.Estimate performance, power and cost of the platformLead technical discussion with customersManage relationships with key stakeholders across various departments such as Engineering, Sales, MarketingComplete other responsibilities as assigned.What You BringBS in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 15+ years of working experiences in silicon development or MS in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 13+ years of relevant working experience or PhD and 10+ years of relevant working experience preferred.Strong background in computer architecture, platform architecture, advanced package, high speed interconnectStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Korean is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamYou're inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.You're collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.#LI-MD1
