Salary Range: $104,722 - $112,000  Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply! Essential Duties and Responsibilities This is an on-site, customer facing position in downtown Washington DC supporting a federal government client.  Remote work is not available.

  Support the Program Manager, team, and stakeholders by collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to evaluate the business processes and programs. As part of an Agile team, support continuous improvement efforts by identifying new data sources and gathering and analyzing relevant data to evaluate potential or new processes and/or requirements. Support program deliverables development and updates, and as appropriate, generate applicable deliverables. Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand and document existing and emerging business requirements. Work with the team to ensure requirements are included in future spring activities. Participate in team calls and meetings. Provide coaching, mentorship, and oversight of less experienced Program Analysts. Provide accurate and timely status reports on the progress of assigned tasks. Support the development of documentation related to team activities and enhancements, particularly related to customer requirements development. Create and maintain documentation on processes and procedures and participate in period reviews of existing processes. Collaborate with staff and the Program Manager to prioritize requests for ad hoc report development. Collaborate with team members on metadata management and integration of process assets to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Required Skills and Experience Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strategic thinking skills.
