Position Overview
Are you passionate about streamlining intricate processes, fostering seamless connections between diverse systems, and enhancing data integrity across various industries?
Are you eager to contribute to the enhancement of workflows within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sectors?
Join us where our AEC Design Platform Data team is pioneering effortless data collaboration for all stakeholders throughout the building lifecycle.
With the recent integration of the UNIFI team, we're empowering customers to centrally organize and manage their BIM content - the multitude of digital 2D and 3D assets utilized across construction projects.
We're currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in enabling our customers to build better today and secure a brighter future.
As an ideal candidate for our company, you will serve as a vital link between customer needs, business strategy, software development, and go-to-market execution.
Your keen insights will drive compelling strategies, innovative solutions, and impactful outcomes for our clientele. Your responsibilities may range from delivering presentations to senior executives, deriving actionable insights from analytics data, addressing customer concerns, to collaborating on intricate design challenges with your team.
You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers to conduct user research, validate solutions, and successfully launch software products.
We're seeking an outcome-oriented, inquisitive, and collaborative individual with a strong entrepreneurial drive. If you're inspired by the prospect of collectively shaping product practices, influencing product direction, and facilitating continuous product discovery and delivery, we encourage you to reach out.
Please note, this role offers flexibility in location, with the possibility of remote work within the US.

Identify specific market opportunities to craft a compelling product vision.
Collaborate with your team to establish clear goals and success metrics that align with both business objectives and customer insights.

Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to provide valuable insights into various business constraints.
Customer Engagement
Cultivate and manage relationships with architecture, engineering, and construction firms globally, of all sizes.
Articulate the value proposition of our products to customers, distinguishing them from competitive offerings.
Act as a champion for the product both internally and externally, sharing relevant insights, crafting compelling narratives, and actively soliciting feedback.
Contribute insights into customer engagement patterns to the team.
Product Discovery & Product Delivery
Collaborate directly with Autodesk product teams to prioritize requirements, make informed trade-offs, and support release plans.
Foster alignment with stakeholders across the organization.
Break down complex problems to develop and design elegant solutions in partnership with engineering, design, and research teams.
Design and execute tests, analyze data, and conduct customer research to validate critical hypotheses and assumptions.
Work collaboratively with the team and other departments to bring solutions to market.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in product management within B2B SaaS environments.
5-7 years of experience working as a senior product manager on technology-powered products.
Professional experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry, with ideally 3+ years of exposure to 2D and 3D content within AEC projects.
Familiarity with parametric BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools such as Revit.
Proficiency in modern product discovery, delivery techniques, and go-to-market strategies.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges, assess risks, and formulate well-structured, data-informed arguments.
Experience collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Willingness to travel occasionally for collaboration with colleagues and customers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
Strong persuasion, prioritization, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
