With over $19B in projects secured, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager who has experience overseeing Complex Hardware Products managing Internal Teams (think autonomous vehicles, big pieces of machinery, etc)

Key Responsibilities: Manage engineering design projects from the initiation phase through completion Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resources Identify risks associated with the project and develop mitigation plans Track and report project progress against timeline, budget, and quality goals Manage project stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in engineering project management Gantt Chart master Project management tools Experience in a product-oriented startup with fast culture and history of success Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) & CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) Benefits Benefits: Competitive Compensation Package Medical / Dental / Vision 401K, Pension Social Security, Disability PTO, Sick Leave, Holidays, and more!
