In this role, you'll both focus on specific areas and interact with every branch of the WWE2K team to drive initiatives, invent and improve features, and streamline the development experience to help make the next iteration of WWE2K the best ever. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities, be a terrific communicator, and have team-oriented, collaborative approach to development. This role reports into the Executive Producer and is fully remote.What You Will Do:Own high-priority initiatives to deliver amazing new features to our playersWork with a team of producers, designers and engineers to conceive and plan feature investments to constantly improve and expand WWETroubleshoot issues, and build consensus across diverse teams to ensure priorities are metProvide management, organization and feedback to engineers, artists and designers across the teamDecompose long term efforts into incremental steps, planning and communicating road mapsCollaborate with team members in multiple locations to insure the impact and interoperability of your features.Supervise content pipelines with our Outsource PartnersManage milestones and addressing day-to-day production issues to help support the team in delivering on time at high quality.Maintain a constant awareness of game status and trends.Identify risks and development gaps and propose mitigation solutions.Help manage game related documentation and notes. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
