Responsibilities
• Concept, write, and edit content to maintain a clear and consistent voice across all channels• Develop short-form content, align in-product copy with the brand voice• Contribute to and evolve the writing style guide, develop engaging content hierarchy• Collaborate on creative strategies, produce engaging customer emails and campaign copy
Requirements
• 12+ years of creative copywriting experience• Passion for words and their power• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders and quickly synthesize inputs• Experience working with legal and compliance teams• Strong communication and collaboration skills• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and MacOS
