Senior Human Resources Business Partner, People & CultureHillel InternationalRole OverviewHillel International is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to spearhead key initiatives that contribute to our overarching "Great Place to Work" strategy. As part of the People Operations team, you will report to the Vice President of People Operations and play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR best practices that focus on employee engagement and retention movement-wide. This position supports nearly 1200 professionals across the Hillel movement and the Schusterman International Center (SIC), our headquarters located in Washington D.C.  We welcome the most exceptional talent and encourage you to choose a work location that suits you best, with preference given to candidates based near our Washington D.C. office.What You'll DoEmployee Engagement. Lead our annual Employee Engagement Survey, collaborating with Executive Directors and SIC Leadership to analyze and review findings and support local Hillel and SIC cultural action plans.Talent Management. Build and evolve movement-wide talent management processes, including core competencies, job description maintenance, goal-setting, and performance management and consult with local Hillels on culture, organizational design, wellness best practices, DEIJ, and HR equity work.Staff Engagement and Recognition. Plan and facilitate staff meetings and retreats, ad-hoc gatherings (virtual and in person), team-building activities, and other forms of employee recognition and appreciation.Learning & Development.Create and facilitate programs in partnership with our Talent Development team to encourage professional development across the organization (e-learning, coaching, and training opportunities).Management Training.
