Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for producing financial reporting, analytics, budgets and plans. This role will report directly to the FP&A Manager of the company and work in close collaboration with members of the senior leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Manage FP&A functions supporting organizational leadership, encompassing financial planning, monthly close support, forecasting, budgeting, and interim projections. Assist in annual budgeting across multiple locations, maintaining budgeting models, tracking actuals against budget, and facilitating report preparation. Develop insightful management reports and dynamic dashboards utilizing KPIs to enhance understanding of financial and operational performance. Identify financial trends and their business impact, aiding in prioritizing key initiatives. Compile monthly management financial reporting package, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators. Serve as a liaison between Corporate Finance and other departments, ensuring accurate recording, analysis, and interpretation of financial data. Qualifications, and Educational Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience within finance and accounting Demonstrated experience in building and managing forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans. Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Self-motivated/starter with energy, drive, and a can-do attitude. Strong analytical skills, particularly the ability to organize and analyze large data sets to identify meaningful trends.
