Senior Educator

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the Institute for Trauma Informed Care (ITIC) with creating a trauma-informed San Antonio and Bexar County. Supports the ITIC staff in providing training on ACEs, trauma awareness, the effects of trauma, and trauma informed care. Provides technical assistance and certification support, assists with Institute planning and administration, program implementation, helping to serve as an internal and external administrative liaison with organizations throughout the community. The Trainer for ITIC will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the Institute's strategic direction regarding training. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is required. Master's degree or post-graduate course work is preferred. A minimum of three years experience in training is preferred. Experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred. Must navigate PC with advanced experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
