Key Responsibilities:
- As part of the program management team, oversee ground-up build programs consisting of multiple projects for retail or quick-service restaurant clients, acting as an extension of the owner's design and construction staff.
- Manage client projects and programs, including pre-construction services (bidding, permitting, scheduling), construction oversight (construction, change orders, invoicing, punch lists), and project closeout.
- This is a remote-based position that requires regular travel throughout Washington and Northern California for on-site project management of construction activities.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of the project team to ensure timely progress and adherence to budgets.
- Proactively communicate project-related issues directly with the Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director.
- Examine construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and scopes, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction-related program or equivalent, or a combination of 5+ years of relevant experience and training.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email communication.
