The E2E Product Planning Senior Analyst is responsible for providing the data analytics related to new product introductions and identifying E2E plan imbalances for a designated portfolio.
This role will focus on:
• Planning data analytics using Alteryx or similar systems.
• System process improvement to streamline NPI and Portfolio planning processes.
• System and process accuracy
• Identifying and addressing E2E plan imbalances via exception-based and scenario-based methodologies to achieve the most profitable balance of customer service, cost, and inventory across existing Supply Chains Responsibilities: E2E Planning Data Analytics
• Analyze data from multiple Planning sources along with Master Data inputs to effectively track project performance versus plan and to identify risks.
• Monitor system and process accuracy across applicable planning systems and processes.
• Produce reports and dashboards as required by the business.
• Support and implement new E2E tools to enable quicker decision making and proactive risk identification.
• Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Flows.
• Scenario planning/modelling, analyzing outcomes and providing recommendations.
• Support Inventory optimization across designated portfolio NPI planning
• Responsible for participating in development of standard NPI planning procedures and the deployment of the procedures across NPI portfolio.
• Collaborates cross functionally to drive execution of the NPI planning processes for assigned NPI Projects
• Coordinate with regions on demand and supply planning elements of assigned NPI Projects Cross-functional collaboration:
This position works closely with various stakeholders: Demand and Supply Planning teams, Value Stream Leaders (VSLs), Product Management, Finance, commercial. Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or University degree required Required:
• A minimum two (2) years of relevant professional work experience
• Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience
• Ability to analyze large data sets from multiple sources and identify key patterns
• ERP (SAP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APS/APO/OMP) in depth knowledge
• Demonstrated process experience in demand & supply, inventory management, inventory entitlement, scenario analysis or S&OP/IBP process Preferred:
• Experience with Alteryx or other data analytical packages
• Good understanding of the product portfolio, the business processes, tools and the specific business challenges
• Experience working across organizational boundaries in a global environment
