Senior Accountant

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for financial functions, including month-end closing processes, journal entries, reconciliations, vouchering, cost accounting analysis, and report writing. In addition, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts Prepare and review journal entries, invoices, and other accounting documents Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements Support month-end and year-end closing process Prepare and review cost accounting analysis Assist with taxation, audits, and other financial activities Maintain and update accounting records Analyze and report on financial performance Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 3+ years in accounting with experience in month-end closing process Knowledge and experience with accounting software and MS Office Suite Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Benefits 401(k)401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Paid training Referral program Vision insurance Wellness program Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
