Job Summary As a Seasonal Merchandise Associate, you will join our Retail Services team in achieving successful sales and top-notch customer service by: Maintaining store presentation standards through building displays, fixture installation, store sets, shelf maintenance, down stock, retrofits, inventory reconciliation, display maintenance, and POP installation.Identifying opportunities for incremental display space to drive volume goals.Providing product knowledge training to store personnel with the intention of allowing them to better drive sales to the end user.Generating sales by increasing brand awareness and trial through direct interactions with consumers in assigned stores.Covering multiple stores daily and participating in promotional events in assigned territory.Assisting and monitoring customer satisfaction.Maintaining a safe work environment by understanding and demonstrating safe work practices at all times.Complying with all company policies and procedures.Completing other duties as assigned. Required Skills While our training will set you up for success, there are a few skills/experience you should already have: A high school diploma (or GED) and 1-2 years of retail or sales experience.A high level of initiative and a competitive drive to succeed.Professional communication skills and can communicate effectively across multiple audiences.Strong organizational and time management skills and strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work flexible hours (weekend and evening hours may be required depending on location).Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 60 lbs.Ability to travel extensively using personal transportation within the territory (overnight travel may be required depending on location).
