Sales Assistant

Better Barns is a small, family owned construction and manufacturing business located in south central Oklahoma. We are looking to expand our sales team in our Noble, OK, office.  This will be a full time position with opportunity for overtime. Primary responsibility will be to ensure that all phone calls are answered and handled properly. Key responsibilities include ensuring that customers are served with excellence in person, over the phone, and through written correspondence. Other responsibilities include assisting with sales documents, unloading incoming materials with a forklift, and contributing to the overall function of the sales office as needed. 
The most important characteristics for this position are: a servant's heart attitude toward clients, faithfulness, the ability to cope with a fast-paced sales environment without being flustered, physical ability to manually load and unload materials as well as operate a forklift, and a good understanding of phone etiquette in a business setting. 
Pay will be based on prior experience and ability. Benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
