Responsibilities
• Monitor safety and security within Legacy Health boundaries• Serve as an informational resource to customers• Guard or observe areas or objects• Staff Legacy Enhanced Security Screening stations• Screen patients and visitors for COVID• Utilize metal detectors and scanners• Prevent dangerous items from entering the facility
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Prior Corrections, Military, First Responder, Behavior Health/ER technician, or related Security experience preferred• Prior customer service experience preferred• Ability to provide high-level customer service• Ability to effectively manage a high flow queue line• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing• Ability to use computer programs and write reports• Ability to pay attention to detail and remain aware of surroundings• Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems• Valid applicable state driver's license preferred
