Responsibilities
• Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell/sample all lines of service or product• Actively participate in promotions, contests, training, and audits• Follow company policies and procedures for customer installation, management, and service• Ensure customer loyalty, retention, and provide outstanding customer service• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, maintain cleanliness, and perform regular inspections• Handle and process customer payments and keep route paperwork current• Ensure timely and correct deliveries, pick up soiled textiles, and maintain inventories• Monitor and report competitive activity, renew service agreements• Accurately prepare route paperwork and follow check-in procedures• Follow instructions and perform other tasks as directed by supervision
Requirements
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record• Minimum one year experience of safe and successful driving• Excellent customer service and route sales skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English• Ability to comprehend and follow direction• Good time management skills and team player• Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of products and perform basic mathematical calculations• High School graduation or similar experience
