Your Role: Is dedicated to helping to identify, plan, and execute improvement projects by an internal consultant providing support necessary to deliver results and spread changes. Functions as a change agent, collaborating with staff to drive continuous, rapid performance improvement. Provides skills, knowledge, and expertise in performance improvement tools and techniques. Working with an operational or administrative leader, supports and facilitates change that leads to improvement. TMH emphasizes evidence-based medicine and data-driven improvement, and the Advisor provides expertise in measurement, use of the Improvement Method, teamwork, meeting facilitation, and project management. Supports communication and reporting related to improvement through preparation and delivery of reports, presentations, public relations communications, and other materials. Reports To: Vice President/Chief Improvement and Planning Officer, Manager of Quality Measures and Outcomes, Systems Manager Supervises: None Required Education: Associate degree in nursing Preferred Education : Bachelor's degree in nursing Required Experience: Five (5) years job related experience with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or three (3) years job related experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Knowledge of regulatory standards (State laws, The Joint Commission (TJC), conditions of participation.)
