Job Description
LaSalle Network is actively seeking Retention Specialistsfor one of our clients in the Tampa, Florida area! In this position, you will help customers who are calling to cancel/change their membership and any answer inquiries they may have. Retention Specialist Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers who want to cancel their accountsProvide retention rates and special plans to retain themApply sales skills to retain customersAnswering questions regarding services providedHandled data entry and maintain detailed documentation and record keepingIdentify and escalate unresolved customer issues to management for further investigationFollow up calls to customers to confirm appropriate changes were madeRetention Specialist Requirements:Experience in sales or retention-based roles preferredPrior experience or exposure to credit reports in some related industryAdvanced computer skills in Microsoft Office products like PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook along with various internet browsers such as Firefox or Google ChromeAn outgoing personality; must be comfortable with talking to customers and finding solutions to their needsBe a positive coworker; work well in a team environment, collaborate, bring a positive attitude, be reliable and dependable, willing to support others and contribute to an overall positive culture
