YOUR LIFE AS A RESTAURANT BUSSER As a Restaurant Busser, you work Thursday to Monday being that our restaurant is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. This position is part-time. Weekend work is mandatory May - September.
You are essential to our team and make our restaurant flow! Our chefs and servers rely on you! You bus tables as soon as you can, promptly gathering dishes, collecting silverware, and sanitizing tables. You also clean windows and doors as needed.
