Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Praxair is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience. As a Remote Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through web chat.2. Utilize decision-making skills to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.3. Conduct research to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.6. Provide support to customers during peak hours and assist with overflow calls, if needed.7. Prioritize understanding and empathy in all customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.8. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. Must be driven and independent, able to work effectively in a remote setting.2. Excellent decision-making skills and ability to conduct thorough research.3. Strong communication skills and customer service experience.4. Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and online chat platforms.6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
