Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:Darden Restaurants is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is energetic, driven, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide information about our products, services, and promotions- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products or services to customers when appropriate- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or sales- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Proficiency in typing and using online chat platforms- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
