Job Description:

Dick's Sporting Goods is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a full-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be driven, passionate, and possess strong teamwork and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content- Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to optimize digital marketing efforts- Assist in creating digital advertising campaigns and managing budgets- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing- Strong project management skills- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
