Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team at HCA Holdings in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat- Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner- Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the customer support team

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- At least 1 year of customer service experience- Resourceful and able to think on your feet- Passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service- Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
