Unity Technologies is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Entry Level position, the Remote Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers worldwide. Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails- Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance- Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalations- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or contact center environment- Passionate about technology and customer service- Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
