Remote Call Center Associate

General Electric is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately- Update customer information in the database- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Provide product information and assistance to customers- Follow company policies and procedures while assisting customers- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management- Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor while interacting with customers

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and solve problems independently- Resourceful and able to adapt to changing circumstances- Innovative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent required
