Responsibilities Obtains moderately complex financial information regarding patients from various sources to obtain payment plan agreements and Medicare coverage

Qualifications Minimum: Six (6) months of customer service experience in finance physician office or clinic insurance banking etc. High School Diploma/GED. American Heart Association BLS. Advanced Computer skills Two (2) years of customer service experience ability to multi-task. Preferred: One (1) year relevant experience in hospital environment. Associates Degree or a combination of education and job-related experience. Service recovery & conflict resolution.
