What You'll Do Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimizing the company's exposure to adverse outcomes of complaints, litigation, audits and inspections Meets or exceeds monthly contract shipping goals and meet department KPI's Provides guidance and direction to staff including hiring, disciplinary action, staff development, goal formulation and performance review Supervises, trains and cross-trains all employees so that they can safely perform their duties Monitor material quality, productivity of shredder What You'll Need Able to multitask and handle stress in a highly productive environment Customer Service focused Entrepreneurial attitude Exceptional leadership and team building skills Must be able to assist in problem solving in all areas of plant Must be able to put team goals ahead of individual goals Must have an ability to ensure the safety of both the individual and customers is protected at all times Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture Sets high standards for self and others Your Education A combination of formal education and/or directly related work experience may substitute for the degree.
