Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads, evaluate properties, analyze market comparables, and secure new homes
- Negotiate property acquisitions and dispositions
- Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval
- Assess repair needs and determine property values
- Present offers to homeowners in person at their properties
- Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title agents throughout the closing process
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success
- Consistent top performer, ranking within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
