Parallel Employment is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team in the warehousing industry for a client in the Pleasant Prairie area. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, establishing, and overseeing all quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards within the production and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will provide support on daily quality management and problem resolution. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team in the warehousing industry.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain quality management system for the warehousing facility Plan, organize and coordinate with all departments to ensure warehouse quality control objectives are achieved Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards Provide analysis and metrics to the management team on quality performance Coach, mentor and train employees on quality procedures and best practices Investigate and resolve quality issues with appropriate departments Collaborate with the safety team to improve safety procedures and practices Requirements Minimum of 6 months of experience in quality control in a warehousing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to coach and mentor employees on quality procedures and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to problem-solve and think critically to investigate and resolve quality issues Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Benefits 1st shift available
$14.50 - $16.50 (based on experience)
